The rooms are beautifully decorated and expansive – we stayed at Alsisar Haveli during our honeymoon for several days and had a wonderful time here!

Best Hotels in Jaipur: Northern Jaipur and Amer Fort

Located between the Old City center of Jaipur and Amer Fort about 6 miles (10 km) north, the northern part of Jaipur can be a great choice for travelers looking for a bit more peace and quiet than a stay in the Old City center might provide.

There are plenty of hotels in the area surrounding Amer Fort fort, as well as in the area of Man Sagar Lake, where you’ll find the partially submerged Jal Mahal.

Keep in mind, parts of these areas are quite populated and busy, so not all hotels or guesthouses in the area will necessarily provide that peace and quiet you might be looking for.
